Asphalt Resurfacing
Mill and Overlay
Asphalt pavement is exposed to a lot of wear and tear. When the surface is no longer smooth, or it has alligator cracking, pooling water, or other problems, resurfacing can restore it. By removing the top asphalt layer, and laying down a fresh, new asphalt surface, you’ll see a dramatic difference in your pavement. It will have a new overall look for a fraction of the cost of replacing your pavement!
Asphalt Repair
If you have just a couple of isolated potholes, patching may be the way to go. Cutting around a pothole, laying a new compacted base, and paving over the patch with hot asphalt is one of the longest lasting ways to fix potholes. We also repair cracks to help prevent potholes from forming. Our experienced paving crews can repair any kind of damage you have on your asphalt parking lot or existing driveway.
Sealcoating
Asphalt sealcoating is another way of refreshing existing asphalt surfaces. Sealing asphalt locks in beneficial oils and helps prevent crumbling, restores the dark color of fresh asphalt, and works as a protective layer blocking UV rays and other damage. For most surfaces, it is recommended that sealcoating is done every 1-3 years. Regular sealcoating and crackfilling of asphalt pavement prevents extensive damage and subbase deterioration.
